This Jag needs a transmission swap or rebuild and I don’t have the resources to make that happen. Other than that, the engine runs strong, the air blows cold, Stereo sounds great and it’s just a great overall highway runner. Before the transmission trouble started this spring, I drove this car daily and had no fear jumping in it and driving 100 miles on a moment’s notice. The broken taillight you see in the photos has since been replaced.

The Good: Clean title. New engine knock sensors. 4 New (used) headlight lenses. 1 new taillight lens. New Canister Close valve. New thermostat housing assembly. Solid running engine. Good serviceable interior with leather seats (no noticeable rips or tears or significant cracking). New headliner (owner replaced, but sagging again in rear). All of these new parts have been purchased / installed in the last 12 months.

The Bad: Transmission is shot. A-drum failed, and has resulted in no forward gears now, only reverse. Recently developed anti-freeze leak from the heater hoses that run along the top side of the engine (on either side of the intake cover). Car had been in two hail storms before I got it. Most body panels show noticeable hail damage.
