1990 Jaguar XJS Convertible in Triple black that is a one owner (We have the original title showing it was bought new with 14 miles) 42111 original mile vehicle. The car drives absolutely wonderful, super tight, effortless, and quiet like such a low mileage example should. The top looks brand new and the power mechanism works perfectly. We bought a new convertible so this one must go. The only thing not working is the A/C although one can hear the compressor kick on so it must be a slow leak. Also the rear trunk lid shows some fading. What is weird is that when we went to a car show we saw two other Jags with the same issue! Is it common? Jag enthusiasts might want to chime in here, our neighbor has an XK8 with a faded trunk also!?!? The car is so quiet and smooth while driving one really gets the feeling of that magic carpet ride that Jaguar lovers always talk about.
