This Jaguar is in excellent condition for it’s age. It has few garage dings but is otherwise quite an incredibly preserved vehicle. My father purchased it in 1974 and it has ALWAYS been garaged. It was garaged for the last 10 years or more without being driven and subsequently needed a few items addressed in order to bring it back to life. .

After my father passed away last year I took it to a very reputable Jaguar technician in order to bring it back to life. I spent nearly $20k over the last year on the fuel system, cooling system, brakes, belts, etc. I have receipts available upon request.

I also have the original purchase invoice and title.

It now starts immediately and runs like a champ with no mechanical issues. It actually amazes me how well it drives for a 50 year old vehicle.

If you have any questions then feel free to ask. I also encourage an inspection of the car prior to bids/purchase although I doubt you will be disappointed.

The Jaguar is a fine specimen of a well preserved car. It displays the original chrome and rubber moldings and the interior is untouched (headliner needs replaced). It would not take much more work to make it an incredible trophy showpiece and weekend or daily driver.

Additional notes:

– It appears that at some point in time the bonnet was resprayed. Not sure when or why but underneath shows no evidence. My father bought this car when I was 4 years old and I have zero recollection of any paintwork.

-Tires are old and will need to be replaced.
