1938 Jaguar SS Saloon. Silver and Blue exterior, with dark blue leather interior. This is a well-restored prewar SS Saloon which has had the benefit of two decades of enthusiast ownership. Cosmetically and mechanically the car is in excellent condition, having been conservatively driven and well maintained. Even though not a new restoration, the vehicle is still winning awards at Jaguar meets and other British car shows. Within the last few years, this SS was shown in the invitation only concours at Amelia Island. It was also shown at Keenland Farms and Hilton Head. Summer before last, it scored 99.81 out of a possible 100 points at the JCNA Concours at Little Switzerland, NC. This is a very nice vehicle in all aspects. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a prewar British Classic that can be shown as well as driven on the road.
